Finding instead of searching!
Track&Trace provides an integral component to the connected production in sheet metal factories. With Track & Trace, satellites are positioned in the production hall. They communicate with markers that can easily be placed on the workpiece. The sheet metal fabricators can now connect orders and markers to trace the sheet metal parts, tools and orders via the UI with centimeter precision and in real time. This avoids the time- and cost-consuming search for parts and makes it even possible to locate express orders and prioritize working steps.
Design language for mobile apps
The application is supported by a design language that has been developed specifically for mobile TRUMPF applications. The Design mirrors the color pallet and orthogonal architecture of the product design, seamlessly integrates into the TRUMPF brand family and meets the requirements of the industry: optimal usability and readability for the users. The production hall map is the core element of Track & Trace. The challenge: Its appearance and quality can vary depending on the client. Therefore, the basic UI design ensures that the TRUMPF look & feel is maintained while leaving enough room for the map thanks to movable side menus.
