Using mobile devices for mobile transactions

Whether it's online banking, shopping or auctions: transactions using mobile phones, smartphones or PDAs are ubiquitous. The International Usability Partners (IUP) scrutinized this important subject in an international user research study. They examined the strengths and weaknesses of mobile transaction services from the users' point of view. The focus of their efforts was on functionality, accessibility, acceptance levels and the gains of using such services.
