The perfect
human-robot
interaction
How do users want to interact with robots? Is there a form of interaction that per se improves user experience? Our study “In search of the optimal human-robot interaction” answers these questions. The findings are available for download free of charge.
How can you design human-robot interaction?
The results are based on a qualitative study with 30 participants. In order to find out which form of interaction with robots the users prefer, we developed a prototype in the shape of a scan robot. The participants used this robot to carry out a number of tasks, interacting with the robot using gestures, voice control or a display. The study provides you with valuable tips for creating positive human-robot interaction, increasing the acceptance of robots.
In our free study you will learn:
- which form of interaction is the most pleasant and familiar one for the users
