Two UID projects nominated for UX Design Awards

Double honor for UID – two of our projects are nominated for the UX Design Awards 2022. At the UX Design Awards, a design jury honors products that offer users a special experience. The "Oseon" manufacturing app from TRUMPF and the new operating system for LIEBHERR's tower cranes makes its way onto the limited list of nominees, and both are in the running for the coveted award. We present to you our entries for the UX Design Awards.

Assistant for manufacturing

With app service Oseon, TRUMPF underscores its market leadership as a solution provider for digitally networked manufacturing. The integrated digital assistant makes everyday work easier for employees in sheet metal production – whether by providing support in setting up machines or with recommendations for separating cut parts. With Oseon, employees have permanent access to all relevant information via tablet. You keep an eye on production while saving energy with long search and waiting times.

Aiming high with a new operating technique

With the tower crane operating system, crane operators and fitters operate so-called tower cranes. Here, everything must be exact, clarity and lack of ambiguity are a must. The new system offers users an entirely unique user experience: Ease of learning, intuitive operation and adaptability to different working conditions increase working comfort enormously. LIEBHERR and UID have succeeded in creating an aesthetic rarity in the construction site area!

Keep your fingers crossed that our projects take home one of the coveted prizes. Or choose them yourself in the online voting "UX Design Awards: Public Choice" to be your UX favorite.
