As of April 2011, your user research projects have been given even more space. Bigger, more modern, even better – on 200 square meters, our new test studios are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer a comfortable atmosphere. Lounge, kitchen, lab or office – six rooms give us the opportunity to test various user scenarios in real-life conditions. With our flexible space we adapt the test scenario to your individual requirements. In line with your requirements, our usability engineers can turn each of the six rooms into testing or observation rooms.

Always in focus – the needs of the users and of your product

Are the users of your products widely distributed or hard to reach? Is the natural context of use a key factor? With remote usability testing, users are able to participate in a test from any location. Using modern web conferencing tools, test respondents are connected to the moderator online. The user's screen and the conversation between users and the moderator are recorded onto video, just as in traditional usability testing.
We can also visit users at home or at work. This is very useful when the usage environment is a key factor or if your test product is not mobile or simply will not fit into our Usability Testing Studio.
