Together with you, we run through the phases of the user-centric design process. In this process, we factor in the needs, usage environment as well as the users' tasks and goals right from the start. Building on this, we design an interaction and design concept, and make it tangible using visualizations and prototypes. Success with well-tested products – usability testing at UID
A product is successful when it is easy, efficient and enjoyable to use. Usability testing allows you to determine the quality of use of your products. We support and advise you on your specific usability test. Our new, 200 square meter test studios in Munich provide the ideal setting for user research studies of all kinds.
