Since 2005, User Interface Design GmbH (UID) has been consulting the automotive supplier ETAS. In close collaboration, UID and ETAS are increasing the usability knowhow and the acceptance of usability within the company. From organizing trainings to establishing knowledge management wikis or using personas – a number of tools support the ETAS employees in continuously and sustainably embedding user-centered design in product development processes.
