A design solution that has been proven in practice in Germany does not automatically work for users in Turkey. UID and their Turkish partners of Musterideneyimi.com conducted user research studies to gain insights into and compare the needs and expectations of users in Germany and Turkey. This cooperation was presented by UID in the BITKOM publication "German-Turkish Success Stories".
