The Usability Professionals‘ Association International Conference (UPA) will take place for the first time in Europe in 2010. Usability experts from all over the world will meet up in Munich to exchange knowledge under the motto"Embracing Cultural Diversity. User Experience Design for the World". Jakob Biesterfeldt, Manager User Research at UID, managed to bring the international event to Germany together with the German UPA. He is the Co-Chair for the UPA International Conference 2009 and 2010.
