Attractive interactive products: AttrakDiff™

How positive emotions are generated and encouraged by interactive products. This is a topical issue. UID has been investigating factors that contribute to the attractiveness of an interactive product and seeking a means to measure them by.


Persuasive Technology: Captology Evaluation Tool

The persuasive quality of a product cannot be taken for granted. It determines the profitability of a product and is well demonstrated in e-commerce. It is for this kind of application that UID has developed an evaluation service.


Assistance for people with serious disabilities: CONFIDENT

The goal of this project was to develop personal assistance systems and services for people with disabilities. Organisations from different countries and industries worked together on this project which was subsidised and supported by the European Commission.

Intuitive Human Technology Interaction: INVITE

An initiative for an intuitive, interactive future with networked information. UID participated in this project which was financed and promoted by the German Ministry of Education and Research. The AttrakDiff™ tool emerged from this project.


E-democracy: Demos

DEMOS is a web-based, moderated discussion forum which encourages opinions and decision-making within the democratic system.


Internet Marktplatz Prävention Online (internet marketplace prevention online)

Prävention Online is another service realised by UID. It is an internet market place for the protection of employment, health, environment and quality.
